warranty POLICY

At 2HYPE MALAYSIA, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-year warranty to provide you with peace of mind when making a purchase. Please review the following guidelines regarding our warranty policy:

Warranty Coverage

  1. All items purchased from 2HYPE MALAYSIA are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, provided the product is used in accordance with its intended purpose.
  2. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It ensures that the product is free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended under normal use.

Warranty Claims

  1. If you encounter any issues with a product covered by our 1-year warranty, please contact our customer support team at 2hype.my@gmail.com to initiate a warranty claim.
  2. To facilitate the warranty claim process, you may be asked to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence, if applicable. Failure to provide photographic evidence of the item voids the warranty claim. 

Warranty Exclusions

  1. The 1-year warranty does not cover lost, stolen, purposely damaged or damaged via third-party items.
  2. The warranty also does not cover natural wear and tear. Some of our accessories, especially those made from materials like brass, might develop a unique patina over time. This patina is not a defect but a charming characteristic that adds character to the item. We are available to guide you on how to care for your non-stainless steel/plated accessories to keep them in top-notch condition.
  3. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

Warranty Resolution

  1. If your warranty claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the product, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
  2. Please note that we do not provide refunds. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will exchange the product for another of equal value, and the exchange will be in-kind, considering the same product or a similar one.

Shipping Costs

  1. For approved warranty claims, we will cover the cost of returning the product to us and sending the repaired or replacement item to you.
  2. In cases where the warranty claim is denied, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Limitation of Liability

  1. The 1-year warranty provided by 2HYPE MALAYSIA is limited to the repair, replacement, or exchange of the product. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect harm and damages arising from the use of our products.

Policy Changes

2HYPE MALAYSIA reserves the right to update this warranty policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically for updates.
