Shipping Policy
At 2HYPE MALAYSIA, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience, including the efficient delivery of our products. Please review the following guidelines regarding our shipping and delivery procedures:
Order Processing
- All orders will be processed and shipping out within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 10PM will be processed on the next business day.
- We do not process orders on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Shipping Methods
- West Malaysia (Peninsular): Ninjavan – Cost: RM5
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak): JNT – Cost: RM15
Delivery Time
- West Malaysia (Peninsular): 1-3 working days after shipment
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak): 3-6 working days after shipment. - Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or public holidays.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Delivery Address
- It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If you believe your order is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to our customer support team at 2hype.my@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue and assist you in tracking down your shipment.
